Daryl Stenvoll-Wells is a socially engaged artist based in Peckham. As founder of Art Responders she produces international exhibitions and events centred on racial and environmental justice. She has curated acclaimed exhibitions documenting artists’ responses to contemporary issues, including VIRAL: 25 Years from Rodney King and Colorism: The Spectrum of Internalised Bias. Daryl also designs interdisciplinary learning programmes for schools, libraries, and hospitals, helping participants reclaim their connection to the natural world and developing inclusive cultural engagement for underserved communities. Since 2022, Art Responders has partnered with Peckham Platform on the Mossification project, tackling themes of gentrification through public art with local residents.
